I'll Start this one -
GG-MINI Bluetooth headset http://www.2buypcs.com/newpcs/itemno-GG-MINI.aspx is simply outstanding at Noise cancellation AND ease of use. Voice prompts, including the Caller ID make this my personal favorite.

BlueAnt Supertooth3 has a Serious ECHO problem! Let's hope they get the firmware updated to solve this otherwise full-featured visor unit.

My trusty CARDO Scala 700 still performs quite well, and is simply an older 'style', now replaced by the popular and Fullest featured Scala 800 http://www.2buypcs.com/newpcs/itemno-SCALA800.aspx
